Welcome to Phipe
Phipe (rhymes with Skype) is an highly customizable automatic desktop dialer. As the name suggests, it is an application that lets the user automate the manual dialing procedure and manage calls in a more efficient manner. Phipe integrates with Skype (the most used free VoIP solution) to make calls and is a multi-user application - this means you can have several individuals dialing on a single set of leads. Phipe accepts plain text CSV files, saves the data and gives you an interface to add, modify or delete the lead information. This frees the user from manually dialing phone numbers and copy/pasting data into worksheets to manage leads. Just assign campaigns to your agents and see Phipe work its magic!
Phipe enables you to:
- Separate administrator and calling interface with different provisions & rights.
- Upload lead-sets through an upload interface.
- Maintain global or campaign specific Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
- Different agents can dial on different campaigns at the same time.
- View or edit contact information while remaining on call.
- Add comments to leads while on call.
- Add new leads to a campaign without performing a new upload.
- Schedule calls for your contacts.
- View or download call logs using customizable criteria.
- Record Calls (both parties).
