After we have received the payment confirmation, the company code and activation codes will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.

Process to Activate enterprise Phipe License

For Example:

Number of Admin license purchased = 1

Number of Agent licenses purchased = 5

Total number of licenses purchased = 6

After successful payment for 6 licenses, you will receive an email with the company code and 6 activation codes for activating your licenses. One activation code is required per desktop installation of Phipe.

• Install Enterprise Phipe setup on your computer.
• In case you already have the trial version of Enterprise Phipe installed, you can use this to activate your Enterprise version.
• After successful installation, run Phipe using the shortcut available on your desktop. Keep the email containing the company code and activation codes handy.

Register Enterprise Phipe

The first window that appears on running Enterprise Phipe will allow you to activate your license. Copy/paste the company code and an activation code and click on Register Phipe. An activation code, once used, cannot be used again.

This process will have to be performed once for every desktop installation.

As the administrator, you can create logins for your agents, provide them with their user name and password to login to Enterprise Phipe after their licenses have been activated.
