Admin Task Form

After a successful login, this will be the screen that is presented to the administrator.

It has 7 different tabs with different functionalities:

• Global Campaign Settings
• Campaigns
• Users
• Do Not Call Lists
• Call Logs
• Cockpit
• General Tab

Other options available on admin task form:

1. Logout: Logs out the signed in user. This will take user back to Login Form.
2. Exit Phipe: Close Phipe.
3. View Online Reports: Access online reports using the administrator user name and password.
4. Start Dialing: Open Dialer screen for Administrator.
