Inbound Agent Screen

Dispatcher will be transferring calls to agents assigned with Inbound Campaigns.

  1. Start Calling (Start Receiving Calls): This will initiate the call receiving process. As soon as call is transferred to an agent, skype call alert window will pop up and agent can accept or reject this call from here. This button will be active only in initial state and when the agent returns from a break.
  2. Break: Use this button to go on a scheduled break. This will be active only when a call is not in progress.
  3. Call Status: Current status of the call will appear on the dialer interface.
  4. Disconnect Call: To end the current call.
  5. Disposition: Apply status of the received call by selecting one from the available list of dispositions.
  6. Edit Lead (Add details): To modify the lead details if the call is received from an existing client/Lead or to add details if this is a new lead. (empty form with all the fields will open to add details of new lead).
  7. New Lead: In case you need to create new Lead, press "New Lead" option and then open edit lead form to add details.
  8. Search Existing Lead: To transfer the leads details from the list added to this campaign.
    • Search form will open as you press "Search Existing Leads".
    • Provide information based on your search.

    • View Search Result will list corresponding lead and from there you can select to transfer its details to details interface.

  9. End Call: To wrap-up the current call after editing or setting disposition and to start receiving next call.

  10. Call Received: Total number of calls answered by this user in the current session.
  11. Logout: To sign out from the current user.
  12. Exit: To close and exit from Phipe.
  13. Menu Options:
    1. Change Password: To change the password for this user.

    2. Change Language: Choose language from the list.

    3. Call Logs: Users can view their own call logs here.

    4. Audio Settings: Select appropriate microphone and speaker from the available list. Selected devices will be used by Skype for its audio settings.
