Dialer Interface

1. Start Calling: This will initiate dialing. This button will be active only in initial state and when the agent returns from a break.
2. Break: Use this button to go on a scheduled break. This will be active only when a call is not in progress.
3. Call Status: Current status of the call will appear on the dialer interface.
4. Disconnect: To end the current call.
5. Call Again: To redial the number.
6. Add to Do Not Call List: To add current lead to the (campaign-specific) DNC.
7. Edit Lead: To modify the details of the currently dialed lead.
   
   
   
   
8. Numbers Dialed: Total numbers dialed by this user in the current session.
   
9. Hold: To put call on hold.
10. Disposition: Change status of the dialed lead by selecting one from the available list of dispositions.
11. Pooling: Select option to either remove this lead from the pool (Remove from Pool) or schedule a call for later (Call At).
12. Call By: This enables the user to dispose the number in such a way that it can be retrieved by the same agent or can go to the common pool to be retrieved by any agent.
13. Call Next: To call next lead after the current call is disposed. This button is enabled only after a call is disposed.
14. Logout: To sign out from the current user.
15. Exit: To close and exit from Phipe.
16. Menu Options:
    1. Change Password: To change the password for this user.
       
       
       
       
    2. Change Language: Choose language from the list.
       
       
       
       
    3. Call Logs: Users can view their own call logs here.

    4. Audio Settings: Select appropriate microphone and speaker from the available list. Selected devices will be used by Skype for its audio settings.
