Campaign Settings

All three actions act on a single campaign at a time.

  1. Set Campaign Defaults
    1. Open "Campaign Defaults" form.
    2. Select TIME ZONE for this campaign.
    3. Select "INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY CODE" of the country to which call is to be made.

      User Configuration Settings

    4. Batch size is only meant for outbound campaign.
    5. Check Call Recording option to switch ON Recording for this campaign.
    6. Check Upload Recording option to switch ON uploading of recorded files for this campaign.
    7. Skype-In Numbers: List all the skype-in numbers (one per line) configured for the campaign, i.e. list phone numbers on which call will be received for this campaign.
    8. Apply these settings to the campaign.

  2. Perform Disposition Settings
    1. Open Disposition Settings form for your campaign.
    2. Check for default disposition settings applied to this campaign.
    3. Make changes in default settings if required, else close this form.


    4. Dispositions Settings

    5. Add new disposition if any, specific for this campaign.
    6. Remove any default dispositions if not required in this campaign.
    7. If changes are made, submit with "Save and Exit".

  3. Set Campaign Dialing Priorities: Only for Outbound Campaigns.
