Campaign Settings
All three actions act on a single campaign at a time.
- Set Campaign Defaults
- Open “Campaign Defaults” form.
- Select TIME ZONE for this campaign.
- Select “INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY CODE” of the country to which call is to be made.

- Batch size is only meant for outbound campaign.
- Check Skip Failed calls option if failed calls need to be automatically skipped.
- Check Auto Skip call option and specify skip call after time to automatically skip the calls if not answered in the specified time.
Note: All auto skipped calls will be removed from pool in case of Voice Broadcasting campaigns.
- Apply these settings to the campaign.
- Perform Disposition Settings: Only for Inbound & Outbound Campaigns.
- Set Campaign Dialing Priorities: Only for Outbound Campaigns.
