Campaign Settings

All three actions act on a single campaign at a time.

  1. Set Campaign Defaults
    1. Open “Campaign Defaults” form.
    2. Select TIME ZONE for this campaign.
    3. Select “INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY CODE” of the country to which call is to be made.


    4. User Configure Settings

    5. Batch size is only meant for outbound campaign.
    6. Check Skip Failed calls option if failed calls need to be automatically skipped.
    7. Check Auto Skip call option and specify skip call after time to automatically skip the calls if not answered in the specified time.


    8. Note: All auto skipped calls will be removed from pool in case of Voice Broadcasting campaigns.

    9. Apply these settings to the campaign.

  2. Perform Disposition Settings: Only for Inbound & Outbound Campaigns.

  3. Set Campaign Dialing Priorities: Only for Outbound Campaigns.
