Set Global Campaign Default
This allows the administrator to set appropriate defaults that get applied to any campaign that is created.
- Configuration Settings
- Time Zone: Countries following different time zones are listed here.
- Current Time: This will show the current time in selected Time Zone.
- International Country Code: This lists the International Calling Codes for all the countries.
- Batch Size: Specify the batch size to limit the number of leads extracted by callers in one go. This will also correspond to how many call logs get updated in one go. For example, if batch size is 5, every agent will receive at most 5 leads to call in one go and logs will get updated after every 5 calls.
- Skip Failed Calls: Check this option if failed calls need to be automatically skipped.
- Call Recording (On/Off): This option is to switch ON and OFF Call recording. It is a campaign specific setting, i.e. you can now select the campaign for which you want call is to be recorded or not.
- Upload Recording (On/Off): This option is to switch ON and OFF upload of recorded calls to the server.
- Auto Skip Call Settings (for Outbound Only)
This allows the administrator to configure how calls are auto-skipped globally. When auto skip is ON, all outgoing calls will be skipped if they not answered within the defined time and will be scheduled for later.
- Auto Skip Call: This option is to switch ON or switch OFF auto skipping of calls.
- Skip Call after Time (in Sec.): Use this option to set call-skip time, i.e. call will be skipped and next will be dialed if current call is not answered within the time specified.
- Schedule Call after Time (in Hours): All automatically skipped calls will be scheduled after the time specified.
