1. If you are an Administrator of Phipe: An administrator will first set up an Inbound or Outbound campaign, upload the available list of leads for the campaign and, if required, make modifications to lead or campaign defaults. Once the campaign configuration is set, agent users are assigned and dialing for outbound campaigns or receiving calls for inbound campaigns can begin. The administrators' main task is management (e.g. extracting call logs for its agents, adding or editing campaign leads, DNC management, or handling campaign or user related settings.) of the application. 2. If you are a Caller or an Agent assigned to a campaign: After you have logged into Agent Console or Dialer, click on 'Start Calling' if you are an outbound agent (assigned to an outbound campaign) and Phipe will automatically start dialing leads for you. If you are an inbound agent, incoming calls will be transferred to you and other agents. In addition to viewing and downloading their own call logs, an Agent has the privilege of scheduling future calls / call-backs and setting dispositions. 3. Role of Skype: Phipe uses Skype to make outgoing calls or to receive incoming calls. Skype is the most economical and efficient VOIP(Voice-over-Internet protocol) or calling solution available for PC to telephone calls. Therefore, Phipe together with Skype makes your calling procedures easier and highly economical for your contact center agents.
