  Skype version 3.6+ version which can be downloaded free of cost from www.skype.com.
• How can I upgrade from free phipe to Enterprise phipe?
  On the main screen, you will always see the option of getting Free Phipe upgraded to Enterprise Phipe. All you need to do is to click on that link, update your current contact information and somebody from our support team would get in touch with you within 24 hours. Once your payment is credited to our account, you will receive an email from our support team containing the activation codes.
• What is the .NET Framework? Why am I being asked if is installed on my system?
  The .NET Framework is a Microsoft tool that provides features critical to Phipe's functioning. It is necessary that this framework is installed on the machines that Phipe will run on. You can determine whether it is installed by clicking here. If you do not have this framework installed on your machine, choosing "No" will let you download the setup of Phipe that comes bundled with this framework (~ 30 MB); so you do not have to download and install this framework separately. Choosing "Yes", will enable you to download the smaller (~ 10 MB) setup file.
• Which version of .Net framework is required for running Phipe?
  Phipe comes with packaged .Net framework 2.0. If you do not have .Net installed on your PC, just download and install the packaged version of Phipe
