  The minimum system requirements are

  Hardware/Memory	Pentium III 733MHz, 256 MB RAM, 200 MB Free disk space for .NET Framework, 13 MB for Phipe
  Dialing Application	Skype 2.6 (for running inbound feature install skype 3.6 & above)
  Browser Supported	Internet Explorer 6.0
  Best Screen Resolution	1024x768

• Is it necessary to install .Net Framework for Phipe to work? If so, which version is required?
  You must have at least .Net Framework version 2.0 installed in order to run Phipe on your system.
• How do I find out if .NET Framework is installed on my computer?
  Go to the Start Menu and select All Programs. If .NET Framework Runtime 2.0 or .NET Framework SDK 2.0 is listed, it is installed. Alternatively, you can go to the Control Panel and look under Add/Remove Programs. If .NET Framework Runtime 2.0 or .NET Framework SDK 2.0 is listed, it is installed.
• What are the minimum rights that a windows user must have to run Phipe?
  A limited user account with internet access is the minimum requirement to run Phipe on your computer.
