1. Phipe Users: Free Phipe is a single user application - one user manages everything from campaign creation to dialing out of leads. Users of Free Phipe are capable of adding multiple campaigns (outbound only) and uploading lists of leads. Users are required to specify calling criteria on the basis of which leads will be fetched from the list for dialing. The calling process is initiated by selecting the "Start Calling" option on the dialer interface. Your call is automatically completed using Skype and all of the details for the contacted person will appear on the browser interface. When the call is disconnected and disposed, Phipe will dial the next number on the list automatically.

2. Role of Skype: Phipe uses Skype as its VOIP Dialer to make outgoing calls. Skype is the most economical and efficient VOIP (Voice-over-Internet Protocol) or calling solution available for PC to telephone calls. Therefore, Phipe together with Skype makes the calling procedure inexpensive and highly efficient for your telemarketing campaigns.
