Miscellaneous Settings

1. Add New/Remove Fields: Use this option to add or remove fields in the uploaded campaign CSV file.
2. Check Assigned Users: View the list of Agents / Callers assigned to this campaign.
   
   
   
   
3. Rename Campaign: To rename an existing campaign.
   
   
   
   
4. Upload Campaign Script: Upload the script for the selected campaign. The complete script will be available as is on bottom half of the Record Detail browser window.
   
   
   
   
   • Map Placeholder to Campaign Fields: Within the script any number of placeholders can be used. These are identified by any text enclosed within the $@ like $@NAME$@. Such fields can be mapped with any of the fields available in the uploaded CSV file. For example, in this case "$@FIRSTNAME$@" can be mapped with the client name (FIRST NAME - one of the fields in the uploaded CSV file).
