User Role

1. Administrator: The administrative user has the capability to administer all aspects of the application, from creating campaigns to assigning users, creating new users, viewing and downloading logs, adding and modifying leads for campaigns. The administrator can also monitor the agents' activity.
2. Agent: Each Agent user is assigned to an inbound campaign and has the capability to accept incoming calls, view call logs and view/edit leads details.
3. Dispatcher: The dispatcher is like a switching-station in a PBX and listens to incoming calls. As its name suggests, the dispatcher is responsible for managing and distributing (dispatching) incoming calls.
