User Role
- Administrator: The administrative user has the capability to administer all aspects of the application; from creating campaigns to assigning users, creating new users, viewing and downloading logs, adding and modifying leads for campaigns. The administrator can also monitor the agents’ activity.
- Agent: Each Agent user is assigned to an Outbound campaign and has the capability to dial out campaign leads, view call logs, add leads to DNC, schedule calls and view/edit leads details.
- Dispatcher: Dispatcher is not required for Outbound Campaigns.
