User Role

1. Administrator: The administrative user has the capability to administer all aspects of the application; from creating campaigns to assigning users, creating new users, viewing and downloading logs, adding and modifying leads for campaigns. The administrator can also monitor the agents' activity.
   
2. Agent: An agent user can be assigned to the Voice Broadcast campaign and has the capability to dial out to campaign leads automatically with no manual assistance required throughout. Once calling is started, all leads will be dialed out and disposed automatically.
   
3. Dispatcher: Dispatcher is not required for Voice Broadcasting campaigns.
