Users Tab

1. Create User
   
   
   
   
   1. Select Role: Select user role / user type as Admin user or Agent User.
   2. User Name: The login name of this user (mandatory).
   3. Password: The password the user will use to log in to Phipe (mandatory).
   4. Confirm Password: Confirm the password entered in above field (mandatory).
   5. Name: Provide user credentials.
   6. Skype Id: Provide skype login id that will be used to accept the incoming calls.
   7. Create User: Submit to create user with the provided details.
   8. Cancel: To abort the process of user creation.


2. Modify User
   
   All user credential including User Name & Password can be modified.
   
   
   
   
3. Assign Campaign
   
   Inactive or new users can be assigned to any available campaigns using this option.
   
   
   
   
   1. Select a Campaign: The target campaign to which this user needs to be assigned.
   2. Users in selected campaign: To view the users currently assigned to the campaign.
   3. Save and Exit.
   
   
4. De-assign Campaign: The selected user will be de-assigned from its associated campaign.
5. Activate User: To activate the user.
6. Deactivate User: To deactivate an existing active user.
